Ivermecting + FluvoxamineDoes anybody know if there's been a study with the combination of Ivermectin + Fluvoxamine vs placebo?
Since these two drugs have very different mechanisms of action, I would expect them to complement each other.
From what Steve Kirsch has been saying (claiming he has insider knowledge, which would make sense since he's paying for it) it seems like fluvoxamine is even more effective than Ivermectin in early treatment.
So since they are both highly effective and complementary mechanisms of action, I would expect a 100% protection against hospitalization with a combination treatment. Has anybody seen a study or heard reports from large scale usage in this way?
Any ideas whether the FLCCC has been using fluvoxamine and if it is that effective, why would they not be adding it to their protocol yet?

I think FLCCC is looking to add it to their protocols given their favorable view of Fluvoxamine.
Dr Syed Haider seems to be using both so probably has some data there.
We should hear more on it in the future.

Following as well. I would also be interested to know. I think they should compliment each other for prevention and early treatment. I saw a covid kit with IVM and Fluvoxamine in it.

I heard that fluvoxamine doesn't make as much sense for prevention as ivermectin, since it has more of an anti-inflammatory effect and not really anti-viral and it can have some withdrawal and mental health impact.
So I think the current prophylaxis makes sense with fluvoxamine added as soon as symptoms present, if needed continue upto 2 weeks.
Steve Kirsch claims that fluvoxamine alone at 50mg twice a day for 2 weeks after infection is 100% protective against hospitalization and long covid. So if he is even close to correct, if you do prophylaxis with ivermectin you already protect a lot against infection, if you are unlucky enough to get infected, you use treatment dose of ivermectin + fluvoxamine and you should be fine. At least in theory :) Would really love to see a large trial comparing fluvoxamine vs ivermectin vs fluvoxamine + ivermectin.

I agree, that makes a lot of sense. IVM as Prophylaxis and IVM+FLV as early treatment
he cant have seen the trial data as far as i know since it is not even done recruiting

Yesterday I attended at the International webinar on ivermectin and there was Kory who showed some slides - and yes, they included fluvoxamine in the protocol for affected people, precisely both in the early outpatient protocol and in the hospital protocol. They didn't update their site yet. So I won't repost his slides here - there was also some change in Ivm doses that he commented but was not fully addressed in the slides - since they're going to do this officially soon.

Adding budesonide inhaler as soon as any sign of lung involvement should make it even better.
