Steve Kirsch interviewed about Fluvoxamine on ivermectine-covid.ch vimeo channel[-] RogerKnights | 2 points
Toward the end he said that there are two types of doctors: those who put patients first, and those who put safeguarding their reputations first (fear being in the wrong).

Perhaps a survey of patients taking fluvoxamine for OCD would shed light on its preventive power.
There were studies looking for risk factors for covid by analyzing medical records and depression came out as one strongly decreasing the risk (opposite of obesity etc.) which could be explained by chronic antidepressants use (the whole class should work, not just Fluvoxamine).

Then Kirsch should mention them. (Maybe he does in his written work.)

Assuming fluvoxamine proves out, its backstory will become an embarrassing case study of the superiority of the private health sector to the public one. And of the superiority of private persons to public ones, who strike me as nasty folks.

Could it be that Big Med has dragged its feet on ivermectin because it wants to endorse fluvoxamine instead???!!! (The latter being a Big Pharma drug, BTW.)
Even if it is superior to ivermectin, it should have endorsed ivermectin, because it would have saved lives. By the same reasoning, it should have endorsed HCQ, because of the chance it would have saved some lives. The mission of these PHAs is to save lives, not to spare themselves from possible embarrassment.

The FLCC is going to be adjusting their dosing regiment for IVM, they have also been optimistic on fluvoaxamine as well and may add it to the protocol soon.

Is Fluvoxamine a Big Pharma drug? I don't think so, it's like IVM, very old, proven safe, and off patent now.

OK, I should have said, “having been” instead of “being.” Anyway, it’s part of the Big Med family. And I suspect the brand owner of “fluvoxamine” will be well rewarded, despite competing generics. (Or is “fluvoxamine” itself a generic name?)

It's a generic name of the molecule. Really no difference from ivermectin here. You could say ivermectin is "Big Med family" because it was initially developed by Merck.
