There are 1.4 Billion people in India. They can't just hand over Ivermectin to the entire adult population easily.

I lived in South India for 2 years. India is a bit like the USA in terms of the politics of each individual state. Some will dish out Ivermectin easily, others will resist it.

It's not as simple as you might think.
