Dexamethasone (no mention of methylprednisolone which is better)
Tocilizumab (reduces IL-6 but HCQ also reduces IL-6)
Budesonide (inhaled steroids - however a patient may need systemic steroids in larger doses ie orally like prednisolone
Favipiravir
Remdesivir - though does mention it's weaknesses:
It has been controversial in the pandemic, with the large independent Solidarity trial run by the World Health Organization in several countries finding it had very little effect on mortality and recommending countries not use it.
Trials in the UK showed no overall benefit for people in hospital, but they are continuing in order to find out whether they help certain groups, such as those with weakened immune systems.

Does not mention too many drugs - except for dexamethasone - but does mention that they are seeking drugs for home use ie tablets and not intravenous that would require hospital.

So basically Budensonide and Favipiravir. The rest are expensive and useless unless you're peddling them, then the new boat this summer is paid in full.
