The 0.5 million bottles of ivermectin sold is an interesting statistic. This seems like a way higher number per capita than in any of the south american countries, where treatment with ivermectin is patchy, depending on your city and politics.
That incidence went down in January so quickly is good anecdotal evidence (if there is such a thing as good anecdotal evidence - this is what you would expect to see if ivermectin really works).
