MATH+ (by FLCCC.net) also recommends methylprednisolone - Dr Paul Marik mentioned in a Dr Been interview that methylprednisolone gets faster to the lungs, and is better tolerated at high doses.
The AIIMS, New Delhi protocol includes ivermectin 0.2mg/kg for 3-5 days for early treatment.
However, they don't seem to have considered it's utility as a refresher dose a few days later (which helps some with symptoms - and helps a subset of long haulers as well). It may (not yet proven) have a benefit for those rare cases where there is viral persistence (?).
AIMMS, New Delhi protocol also includes Remdesivir - which may have some value esp. if you are dealing with an immuno-compromised patient (some of whom have been shown to have live virus at 100+ days from first symptoms - usually live virus is gone in most people by day 8, though viral debris may exist in large numbers).
