I have been taking the horse paste since December. You take the paste orally. I put it on a cracker with some jelly. Dose rate is the same for people as for horses on a per pound basis. Just get the paste that has ivermectin, not the "plus" version, as it has additional ingredients. I take the Bimectin paste.
