While many use veterinary grade ivermectin - horse paste, or the slighter better sterile form (because it has fewer additives), the reality as Dr Been explain is that veterinary ivermectin has not been validated for human use, so if you have a choice, it is better to get the human form.

they said take on empty stomach with water
however dr been did not contradict them (for covid19 should be taken with fatty meal, for worms in stomach should be taken on empty stomach)
dr been feels ivermectin is now available more
and doctors also available to prescribe more and more
as NIH reversed stance from earlier negative to now neutral - and that helps too ..
