Since the variants, i believe the dosage has doubled. That same dr. Gustavo Aguirre Chang replied to me from the ivermectin md team on Mewe. I have taken the paste. He also suggested aspirin and pepcid ac to the flccc supplements i had saved in case i got sick. Thus is what he said.

'Hello, in those who have symptoms, the minimum dose that we indicate is 2 doses a day of 0.2 mg. x kilo of weight, that is, it would be 0.4 mg. up to date. It is indicated to take it daily and continuously until 1 day after you no longer have symptoms. Additionally, you should take 81 or 100 mg Aspirin, 1 tablet after breakfast, lunch and dinner, x 6 days, and if you are better, go down to 1 or 2 doses a day x 6 more days. And you must take Baking Soda or Famotidine 40 mg.'

I heard, don't remember from who, maybe FLCCC, because of all the new variants the prophylaxis is weekly for now.

I just checked FLCCC (Fri 2/19) and they have not changed the Mask+ protocol since 1/12/2021.

Is the oral paste the horse paste or is there a human paste?

There are 1-prescribed tablets- human 3mg i think. 2- cattle 1% 50ml 3- 1.87% horse paste.

I used Dr. Chang's plan on my wife (38yo) on her 2nd day of symptoms. At day2 she had 39oC fever, throwing up and oxygen level at 92. Third day, all her symptoms gone except the fatigue and her oxygen went back to 99. After just 1 dose of Ivermectin, aspirin and baking soda she was cured but I gave her more doses for 4 days just to make sure we KO the virus for good. I was taking prophylactic doses during that period and I never had any symptoms... Either I caught it asymptomatically or Ivermectin protected me and I never caught it.

A question...why not take with juice, lemonade or milk? I have friends in Peru that take it with milk...and I'm curious about the other two.

IVM is not water soluable. Milk has some fats. IVM is diluted in PG or alcohol or fat of combination mixtures of organic solvents ( compatible for human oral delivery). But some solutions ( alcohol particularly) increase the bioavailability of IVM a lot! That’s why the dose of solutions is risky. And more studies are needed. The delay being inexcusable, but don’t test on yourself without doctor consultation. Side effects may be limited but interactions are important.

Warning for idiots! Do NOT dilute in alcohol EVER!

IVM can cross the blood brain barrier and cause brain damage.

Do NOT give chemical advice and especially bad advice that can endanger people.

Therapeutic Table for COVID. 2021.

The Therapeutic Plan Table is updated. NIFUROXAZIDE has been included in all Stages. It is also indicated in Moderate and Severe cases as it interrupts the TLR4 signaling pathway (immunotherapy).

Abstract

TABLE 2021, COVID-19: THERAPEUTIC PLAN AND POTENTIAL THERAPIES. January 2021. Early treatment is important, and in those who do not have a rapid therapeutic response, the doses of drugs should be increased to reduce Viral Load. After 27 to 30 hours of starting treatment, the response to this should be evaluated. If it does not present a significant improvement in symptoms, it indicates that the Viral Load is High and there is a tendency to make a Persistent Infection, so it is worth increasing doses and medications.
