Seems like a small channel - but features a video with this doctor who gives an overview of the possible mechanisms that ivermectin may play.

As examined in Whiteboard Doctor and Dr Been videos, ivermectin is theorized to have 4 potential mechanisms by which it may help vs COVID-19.

Some, like it's benefit in the ICU stage (as evidenced by some later studies) have been the motivation for thinking up reasons how it may be working - including the STAT3 pathway.

The PAK1 degradation to downregulate STAT3 is pretty solid in my mind. It's an established mechanism prior to the pandemic. Dr Patterson has tweeted that 79% of long haulers with brain fog have elevated VEGF. We know endothelial damage is extensive in serious cases.

Look up Dr. Joseph Varón He’s a doctor in the Houston, Tx and he’s been using ivermectin in his ICU with great recovery rates. According to him, Invermectin can be used as profilaxis (to prevent) or as a treatment when someone is already infected.
