Dr. Been Said to Vita E and Selenium to Avoid Liver Issues?1) Dr. Been just said on Twitter to take Vitamin E and Selenium with IVM to avoid liver damage, fertility.
2) Has anyone done a deep dive on the brain barrier issue with the mutation causing brain damage?
Just curious to see actual studies...

This is off the back of some animal studies. In humans there was one reported case in Brazil but so little is known about the patient to know whether it was caused by ivermectin, or what else was going on to cause this event.
Dr Been qualifies this opinion by saying that in the vast majority of people there is no risk, the supplementation is merely to be safe, and the amount required is simply the RDI. Basically a multivitamin would cover any deficiency risk.
I found the relevant timestamp during one of his random discussion sessions:

Check out this thread where I analyze the issue of the studies that have suggested damage from ivermectin:

There are many other comments in that thread which discuss vitamin E, selenium, alpha lipoic acid:

How do you know your liver is starting to go bad? I have been taking a cocktail of vitamins plus 12mg ivermectin every 5-7 days. No side effects at all
