IVM MD team went for growth and quantity over quality. They had 10:1 idiot ratio go up to 1000:1 Atillya was deleting people left and right. No doubt these people put the spotlight on the group out of vengeance. There are lessons to be learned.

This. It was a great resource initially, MDs relating their experience and expertise. I asked a substantive question there a few weeks ago, that MDs might have been able to answer. I got zero responsive replies; I got 70-odd replies like "Is horse paste safe?"
Atillya was deleting people left and right.
It used to be admission by permission only. Did Atillya change it to allow anyone in? It looked like that the last time I dropped by the group.

The only reason I opened a fb account because I was invited for that IVM group.

You actually do have to have a fb account to do messenger. You don’t have to access messenger through Facebook but if you officially delete your fb account you have to give up messenger as well. It makes me crazy that we are being censored in this way! Why don’t they want us to know ivermectin works?? Big Pharma.....

I was just on Facebook looking for this group! I've been taking Ivermectin and its helping my long haul symptoms. The board has been invaluable to me, with doctors, nurses and those taking Ivermectin sharing what they are seeing and experiencing with Ivermectin.
I also saw that Slovakia approved Ivermectin for use. Why is this not allowed to be shared on Facebook??

The situation with Remdesivir, and likewise with hydroxychloroquine provides essential context for the current situation regarding ivermectin.
Remdesivir is very expensive ~ $3000+ per treatment. Showed minimal efficiency in emergency trials but was given a golden ticket.
Hydroxychloroquine was indicated for effectiveness against sars 1 years ago and this led to it being used in the field early on in the outbreak. It was showing good potential until a number of studies showed it to be ineffective and even dangerous. Turns out those studies were fudged.
Expect more of the same.

Surgisphere data was the source of the second ivermectin paper, very soon after Monash 48 hours was published on April 3. I still think it's valid research. IMO the Surgisphere papers were not fraudulent; their only defect was being based on a database that couldn't be audited because of confidentiality agreements. Could be wrong.

It's a very small community, but there are some papers posted to /r/covidlonghaulinfo. A much bigger community: /r/covidlonghaulers. Supposedly medical advice is prohibited there (I was banned for that reason the first time I posted there, about a Dr. Aguirre long-haul project). There seems to be a lot of medical advice there despite that rule.

As I said, it was the messenger, not the message. FB hates TRIAL SITE NEWS. They banned a totally innocuous post of mine when I linked to them, and kicked me out of FB for a day. Now I always avoid linking to them, even when I post news that I learned on their website.

How is Ivermectin helping you? What is the dosage you are taking? I feel much better but still have some lingering symptoms. I'm on round 3 of ivermectin. 12mg daily for 7 days

I had 12 mg. fist day, 12 mg. third day. Then a week later, then a week later again, 12 mg. I notice symptoms will start back some and get better once I take a new dose. The symptoms that are better are the acid reflux, gastro intestinal and overall less fatigue and pain. I continue to have headaches but as I am also taking vitamins they may be contributing to that.
