depends on your risk and exposure level, a single dose is 0.09mg/lb or 0.2mg/kg, see flccc.net for guidance, i take 1/month and keep on hand incase get symptons and then will follow flccc protocol. typ lbs are marked on the syringe shaft, *orse dose = human dose
