As it says in the sidebar, this sub is about ivermectin vs covid19. This post has nothing to do with ivermectin (please correct me if I'm wrong).

This news report says that Aplidin is the most potent drug found against Covid. But I have heard that Ivermectin is. Who is correct?

Maybe you should create /r/aplidin.

To answer your question: no one knows, because no one has done a comparative trial. IMO it's way too late to champion a new drug. Even if a bunch of trials suddenly bloomed, they wouldn't be published in the relevant time frame, given the vaccine roll out. There are 35 ivermectin trials and they are failing to convince the authorities. Aplidin doesn't have a chance.
