Interesting. Last one I saw was 0.6mg x 2 on 1st day, either as single dose or q12h. Then 0.6mg 1xday for the next 13 days.

Most common and somewhat not tolerated side effect was nausea/upset stomach. So they would give Famotidine and/or antiimetic.
