Too Much Caution Is Killing Covid Patients (US 2020-11-24) Wall Street Journalhttps://www.wsj.com/articles/too-much-caution-is-killing-covid-patients-11606238928?page=1
This is a good article and I remember reading it when it was first published. I'm angered at how the incompetence and inaction of the previous administration caused so many deaths - they didn't even have a vaccine distribution strategy - and I'm frankly shocked at how slow the medical community has been to take aggressive action to prevent and treat COVID-19. Proof is a luxury we do not have.

Proof is a luxury we do not have.
Imagine if the NIH fully endorsed ivermectin, and encouraged hospitals to use it and examine their success with it. Randomly treat half your patients with it, compare their course of disease with the untreated half. That would (1) very likely save a lot of lives and (2) very quickly produce compelling data further encouraging the use of ivermectin. If they got started today they could publish in March.

I was able to get past the WSJ paywall because I installed this Chrome extension.
It is supposed to work against a LOT of sites!
