It's pointless to try to open minds at this point, people are just going to get very sick and some are going to die.

The president poisoned the whole off-label drug use a year ago, once that happened it was over to anyone who wouldn't do the research themselves, the media made sure of that.

Now anti-vaxers are getting lumped in with off-label use and that's a new level of stupid we can never overcome.

Meanwhile we can't even get half the population to wear masks, wear them properly, or wear serious masks.

A year from now after we are well past half a million deaths and ten million with long-covid, the CDC/FDA will go "oh yeah, ivermectin, it does actually something and is actually safe".

Meanwhile the people getting ready to bury their parents and grandparents will keep arguing.

So just save yourself and save your energy for something else that can actually be helped.

At least we'll be ready for the next mutation variant, at least I hope ivermectin keeps working against that.

I wonder at this point if people have sacrificed so much in lockdown measures and the like, they don't want to accept that treatment might exist that made all their sacrifices of the past year not useless but at minimum unnecessary. They don't want to accept this, especially if they were the ones harping against exploring potential early treatment earlier on.

It's far easier to believe they've been taught if it's not a $3000 per day drug only available in a hospital it doesn't do anything. The media has been hammering that since the HCQ nonsense a year ago. Also every drug either has to be a "MIRACLE" and not have somewhat beneficial results, there's idiotically no middle-ground, it's either a miracle or it's a hoax.

It's probably a good thing people don't believe in ivermectin, they would take massive risks, not wear masks at all if they knew there was a drug that would make death less likely. Once thing 2020 taught me for sure, people are petty, people are stupid AF

Yep. The general level of intelligence of the people around here (upstate New York, "United" States) is even lower than I had previously thought.

Notice the comment that lady was given a 20% chance to live like she had an edge, vs 80% chance of death...

Based on the replies to your deleted comment, I can only assume that none of those people even know how ivermectin works against COVID-19, nor have they read any of the peer reviewed RCTs. People spout shit all the time, don't take it personally.

Sometimes it feels like I am looking through glass at the zoo animals that are trained to think and do what the zookeepers train them to do. I’m not even sure if their emotional reactions are real or fabricated as well. I am certain they wouldn’t be able to tell either way.

I dont take it personal. I just wanted point out the absurdity of banning just for referencing Ivermectin, and the bizarre spin put on an only 20% chance of survival.
