Post holiday prophylaxis success stories

Since more than a week of incubation period has passed since the winter holidays I would like to hear the community’s experience with prophylaxis prior and after social gatherings over Christmas and NYE.

I think you're fine. Just dint go dosing and dosing and dosing more and more ivermectin if you dint need to. Wouldn't want you to lose track and accidentally take too much when it isn't needed. If I were you I might take like another 5 mg but other than that of rely on the other stuff more and increase my vitamin c to 1 gram every 3 hours

Get your Vit D level checked and see where you're at. It's easy to go above 100ng/ml when you're taking 10k per day. Most doctors recommend 2-4k/day.

Anecdotal report, but I have been taking 6-12mg per week of generic Stromectol since the summer period of last year, along with additional supplements. My immune response is controlled by corticosteroids, I tend to get very sick multiple times year and to use my vacation time for sick days.

This is the first year and holiday season where I had two weeks of vacation time left. I haven't been ill once. Even through the pandemic, I have gone to work every day with a bunch of people who don't take things very seriously. For example masks off except in the hallways, everyone using a communal lunchroom, going on out of state travel, etc.

I donate blood frequently and my antibody tests were all negative. With the odds getting particularly worse, I'll send you a message when I get a confirmed exposure.

It sounds like you have all the prophylaxis "bases" covered! The one thing I might suggest, from reading I have done about the different "kinds" of vitamin C, is that for a short period after exposure you up your vit C--as suggested by another here-- to 800-1000 mg vit C every 3 hrs, but make it LIPOSOMAL vit C. Apparently much more easily absorbed.

God no, you're taking too much. I need to take this down a notch, that was sarcasm, but you are taking too much. The I-MASK+ protocol for healthy people is doses on DAY 1, DAY 3, and then every 6 MONTHS.

Used the prophylaxis protocol (no ivermectin) post positive testing. Worked great. On day 3 added B complex. Day 5 added black seed and honey to combat lack of smell. Sense of smell started to return the afternoon of day 3 of the black seed ( 1/4 teaspoon seed to 1 teaspoon honey 2x per day).
