Ivermectin and Phenobarbital and quite an interesting interaction.Hello everyone. So I and my mother have started Ivermectin, as well as my father as per the FLCCC protocol. Turns out two of my father's drugs that he uses for seizures actually interacts with overmectin but not in a dangerous way. Apparently Phenobarbital and phenytoin actually have the capacity to make ivermectin less potent due to interaction with a particular glycoprotein. This certainly does not change the fact of my father taking it as per the reccomeneded protocol dosages, but it sure is a little disheartening knowing these drugs may be causing ivermectin to give him less protection due to lessening the potency of Ivermectin. Sure is a bummer but hopefully it will still be strong enough to help prophylactically.
I figured I would share this as I found such a recorded drug interaction quite interesting.
Also he did not quite hate the paste as much as I believed he would.

The safe dose level for ivermectin is quite a bit higher than the recommended 200mcg/kg. Might it be possible to increase the ivermectin without interfering with the seizure medication?

2000mcg/kg (yes, two thousand) was found safe by Guzzo et all. An Italy trial is dosing at 1200mcg/kg for 5 consecutive days. The weird fact is we don't know how much ivermectin is too much; no one has ever tested a big enough dose.
