Meds can be absorbed transdermally into systemic circulation to some extent. I am curious about this too.

Does this have anything to do with ivermectin vs covid19? THAT is what this sub is about.

AFAIK no one takes ivermectin for covid through the skin.

It’s an interesting question though. I use doctor prescribed topical ivermectin (Soolantra) for rosacea. It would be interesting to know if/how much is absorbed with regard to Covid-19 treatment and/or prophylaxis. I also take doxycycline, which I understand is part of the protocol. I actually discovered all the Covid-19/ivermectin links while I was researching my new rosacea treatment.
