It would be great if someone with a longer attention span than me -- what was I writing about? -- oh yeah -- would do a post with all of the protocol details. (It's 7:16 AM and I haven't slept yet.)

Also a long list of physicians/facilities offering early treatment (posted here to /r/gettingIvermectin). One of them is a budesonide protocol (apparently).

I'm reading through FLCC protocols. I've a question about when to take the IVM dosage.

In the FLCC *.pdf, it mentions to take on empty stomach with water. However, I remember reading from other sources to take after a fatty meal.

Please let me know if you're aware about this topic.

Questions like this are prohibited in /r/ivermectin. We are trying to prevent the sub from being banned.

Please post your question in /r/gettingIvermectin. I'll cheerfully answer it there. :)

From the budesonide protocol it says:

Sig:1 respule q 2 hours PRN severe symptoms

Can anyone translate that?

Take 1 respule every 2 hours as needed for severe symptoms?

respule

What is a Respule? They are also used to treat croup in infants and children. A Respule is a small plastic container that contains a liquid. The liquid is put into a machine called a nebuliser. This machine turns the medicine into a fine mist which you breathe in through a face mask or mouthpiece.

Take 1 respule every 2 hours as needed for severe symptoms?

That's how I would read it, if "take" means "take with a nebulizer".

Don’t forget interferon nasal spray as a prophylaxis. Very promising.

Is there a product available now without a prescription? Sorry if that seems like a dumb question, but I know nothing about the subject. My MD isn't cooperative so I can't get prescription drugs.

Not in my country. Don't know about yours. Check the begin post in the r/interferon sub for how I obtained mine.
