N=80, not randomized or masked, starting 2020-01-01, with primary completion in April and final completion in December.
The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of the usage of inhaled ivermectin in the management of Coronavirus disease-19.
Treatment arms:
A: Both oral and inhaled ivermectin in addition to the standard of care
B: Oral IVM + SOC
C: Inhaled IVM + SOC
D: SOC
Primary outcome measure: rate of virological cure determined by PCR (tested 2 weeks from start of treatment and (?) on-going for up to a year)
Secondary outcome measure: Resolution of pneumonia (evaluated at 2 weeks and possibly continuing a year)
