From here
Income statement: Q1 2021 (Millions CAD)
Revenue 0.00
Net Income -766,100.00
Profit Margin --%
Balance sheet: Q1 2021 (Millions CAD)
Total Assets 11.54
Total Liabilities 3.51
Debt to Assets 3.04%
Cash Flow: Q1 2021 (Millions CAD)
Operating -0.84
Investing -0.03
Financing 0.08
I guess that's the drug business! ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Edit: Changed cash flow to net income.
I read their cash flow as -$840 thousand, not billion. They are still in the R&D phase - and yes, that's the drug business!

I see that number, looks right to me.
What is the meaning of the -766,100? The section is labelled "Q1 2021 (Millions CAD)". Do you think it's just a mistake with the label?
No,it's not a mistake. It's a reporting convention to minimize how many zeroes are printed. Very common.
Figures are reported in millions, so cash flow of negative 0.84 million is like saying negative 840K.
Their net income won't necessarily equal their cash flow, although they are less than $100K apart.

-766,100?
Right. I GET that .084 million = -840 thousand
What does -766,100 mean?
Sorry - the "-766,100" is their net income (loss), aka the P&L, written out in full.
In looking at MVMD's financial statements, the quarterly net income (loss) is -$766K while their operating cash flow is -$840K. What might cause this difference? The answer is in the statement of cash flows (the SCF), the red headed stepchild of financial statements.
I'm not sure if you are familiar with this statement, but it basically takes net income as a starting point, and adds and subtracts various transactions affecting cash during the period in question. If it's a "source" of cash, it "adds" to the SCF, if it's a "use" of cash, it's "subtracted" from the SCF.
I downloaded a copy of MVMD's quarterly statements from SEDAR (the Canadian securities portal for regulatory filings - open to all, but man does it have an ancient web design). The SCF is page 6....can I share a file here on reddit? I will do so if I can figure that out.
Did I answer your question? I apologize if not.
Cheers
Here is a link to a filedropper copy of their FS in pdf, hopefully this works. See page 6 for the net income to cash flow steps:

"Despite all of the media coverage of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, we feel it is important that people understand that a large percentage of the world will not benefit from the current vaccination efforts due to extensive logistical and economic complexities," stated Mike Farber, Director of Life Sciences at Mountain Valley MD. "And then when you layer on the percentage of the global population that have known health challenges due to pre-existing conditions and allergic reactions to vaccines, MVMD believes that solubilized Ivermectin therapeutic will become a critical alternative."
The Company has been closely monitoring the global studies and reports that demonstrate the efficacy of the drug Ivermectin as a therapeutic for COVID-19, including the ongoing work from the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance ("FLCCC Alliance") and its recent publication outlining the evidence base supporting the efficacy of Ivermectin as a therapeutic to fight COVID-19, including data from 7,825 patients across 24 trials. Additionally, according to a meta-analysis recently performed by an independent research consortium, it was calculated that the chances that Ivermectin is ineffective in COVID-19 to be 1 in 67 million*.
The Company also notes recent advancements in Belize***, where the Ministry of Health and Wellness formally approved Ivermectin as a prescribed treatment option for persons with COVID-19. According to the Acting Director of Health Services, Dr Melissa Diaz-Musa, Belize's medical response team along with the Ministry of Health extensively reviewed supporting research on Ivermectin and its use in protocols in other countries and found significant evidence that Ivermectin has been beneficial in reducing viral replication and helping with prophylaxis against COVID-19.
"Seeing the extensive collection of evidence of the role of Ivermectin as a broad therapeutic application to support COVID-19 suppression and beyond is a significant validation of our work in this area," stated Dennis Hancock, President and CEO of Mountain Valley MD.

This is in Canada, which (obviously) has a different regulatory structure than the US. How long does it take to bring a product like this to market in CA?
It's encouraging that the company is trying to commercialize their product, despite the proliferation of vaccines.
"And then when you layer on the percentage of the global population that have known health challenges due to pre-existing conditions and allergic reactions to vaccines, MVMD believes that solubilized Ivermectin therapeutic will become a critical alternative."
Are there any pre-existing conditions that prevent people from taking the vaccines? Are there actually people who are generally allergic to vaccines? I'm skeptical. Sounds like they are trying to convince investors.
They have completed the Phase I safety study. To be considered as an alternative to vaccines, will they will have to do a massive Phase II/III trial like the vaccines are doing, with 30-40 thousand subjects?
I'll be shocked if they can get to market in the relevant timeframe, and they have a market. It will be great if they succeed, though.
