Ivermectin paste help

So I tested + on 11/20, my wife did on 12/6 she has had mild symptoms so far, I'm still struggling with a bit of lingering symptoms but definitely much better. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how to take Ivermectin? I ordered the horse paste off of Amazon it's the Durvet brand, thanks in advance and I hope you all are well.

I was just watching that same exact video, thanks. I weigh 180, so should I take a dose somewhere around my weight? Sorry if it's a "dumb" question I'm new to all this Ivermectin stuff lol
