Critique my prophylaxis plan?

Daily Preventative Regimen

Vitamin C: 2000mg (emergenC powder)

Vitamin D: 12000IU (No sun here)

Vitamin K2 MK7: 240mcg (2 tablets)

Zinc Citrate 50mg: (1 tablet)

NAC (one tablet)

Multivitamin (2 tablets)

Quercetin: (1 tablet)

SuperLysine (1 tablet)

Ivermectin paste every 5-7 days. Or whenever I go to a risky place. (200mcg or 3/4 of inch paste)

Considering adding: Nigella sativa, artemisia, melatonin

If I get the Covid

All of the above but double all doses.

2 Ivermectin 12mg tablets in 24 hours, 8-12 hours apart (24mg) for at least 7 days. If symptoms resolve fast than drop to 1 tablet a day.

1 Doxycycline 100mg

OTC (baby aspirin, tylenol, mucinex etc.)

Is this safe? I ordered the Ivy and doxy pills from a legit pharmacy in India so they are Indian brand generic. Hope they're not poor quality.

How long does it take for tissues to absorb ivermectin? I took a half inch of paste in the morning then went to a condensed restaurant 8h for pick up which would have been 10min of breathing in non filtered air with a mask on.
