Did you identify the image as ivermectin-related? It might not get deleted if you don't. I'd be surprised if Facebook is scanning text on images. Or maybe they are, IDK.

Summary

In this analysis, we express the symptomatic case fatality rate (sCFR) as a product of two basic parameters:

Hospitalization rate (HR) for symptomatic COVID-19 patients
Hospital fatality rate (HFR)

Using the data obtained from 3,099 ivermectin-treated symptomatic patients reported in the huge Dominican Republic (DR) observational study, as well as world data from various references we got the following numbers:

World patients:

HR(world) = 25-33%
HFR(world) = 20-25%
sCFR(world) = HR(IVM) * HFR(IVM) = 5-8%

DR patients treated with Ivermectin (IVM):

HR(IVM) = 13.3%
HFR(IVM) = 9%
sCFR(IVM) = 1.2%

Ideally, an early ivermectin-based outpatient protocol foresees treating every symptomatic patient within the first 5 days from the onset of symptoms. Clinical data show that these parameters then get the following values:

HR(IVM) = 5%
HFR(IVM) = 9%
sCFR(IVM) = 0.45%

These results suggest that implementing the DR treatment protocol would lead to at least 4 times reduction in sCFR, while an early ivermectin-based outpatient protocol could reduce the sCFR by at least 11 times.
