Also the "no evidence until large RCT conducted" attitude, as if treatment magically won't work unless backed by RCT data. People are literally saying sick people taking the drug are ruining the chances of running an RCT. Surely these people are not hanging around for pharma+government to not conduct a trial that might put them in a placebo group too.
