Note on zinc and copper. With so many people taking large amounts of zinc daily (100mg+) it's important that they also take copper. I take Jarrow (TID)- zinc balance that has 15mg zinc and 1mg copper. I also have some 2mg copper supplements for my 50mg zinc tablets. Just add some copper if you're taking a lot of zinc. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26085547/

I'm on the fence about copper. There's a theory that copper causes alzheimers.
https://nutritionfacts.org/video/dietary-theory-of-alzheimers/
There often tends to be an abundance of copper in diet, much from water source (since much of plumbing for avg houses is copper--not usually new construction though). It's also found in filter systems like KDF.
I wouldn't supplemnt with over 100% rda when it comes to copper. If anything, a shot of chlorophyll once or twice a week.

Everyone has to decide for themselves what the risk and benefits are.
I've been concerned about saliva ever since George Carlin warned us about it.

This post would be OK in Ivermectin Conversations. It's not ivermectin-related. I'd prefer that main posts are links to articles / studies, unless you're going to write an essay, which a couple people have done (including me, twice). Main posts should be about ivermectin, directly or indirectly. Sound OK?
That said... Is there a preferred form of copper? On Amazon I see copper glycinate and copper gluconate.

IDK - any of them are probably fine. I buy the Jarrow and Carlsons

zinc/calcium/magnesium 7am, copper 1pm, iron 11pm
OK, thanks!
since ivermectin might be zinc ionophore, there I just brought it back on topic for you ;-)
copper can be had via chlorophyll, in fact it's probably better that way

I don't know how to move it - can you move it or show me how? Or I can delete.

1) Edit your existing post and put it into the clipboard. That way you get all of the links intact.
2) Go to Ivermectin Conversations and paste it
3) Go back to your original comment and delete the post.
EZPZ! :)

it's because copper and iron (and even calcium) all compete for absorption with zinc
which is why you don't take a multivitamin with all of those in one because it's a waste of time and money
take them at different times of day many hours apart
never take zinc with other minerals, magnesium might be okay but not in high doses of either

Thaw, your routine is copper in the morning and iron at night? Do you take zinc? If so, when?

zinc/calcium/magnesium 7am, copper 1pm, iron 11pm
but iron alternate days, not every day, too much GI issues

it's sad because I used to pride myself on not taking any pills and medication of any kind until my late 40s, maybe a multivitamin but I didn't even take aspirin or tylenol except on rare occasion, never got the flu or even a cold (but I've always been persistent about hand washing)
then the 50s came and all that pride went out the window, everything started falling apart with new "presents" of fail from my body each year, like it was saying "okay that's enough time on the planet"
now my countertop is full of bottles and supplements to the point of ridiculousness, desperately trying to "fix" long-covid when in the end I don't think anything but a lot of time, months and months, will change anything
