that thread is fantastic because it shows people are finally waking up to it 8 months later
btw look at this comment about the government kits in India

I think that's 10 pills of 12mg Ivermectin?
If that's right and it's per patient, that's a huge good dose.

That's how I read it, too.
You're right, that's a lot of ivermectin! Presumably it would be shared out among family members and taken over several days -- though 120mg taken at once would be within the 2000mcg/kg found safe if the person is big enough.
IIRC, didn't you have a bad response to 600mcg/kg? I forget what happened.
yeah I had some vision problems at that dose, every light was strobing, even the smallest nightlight in a dark room and when I closed my eyes I would see wild patterns of light
fortunately went away right about the half-life 18 hours later
doesn't mean that will happen to other people though and also I am very lightweight so maybe the concentration was too high

Hey that happened to me as well! Especially when I was trying to see at night in dim lighting, it was so weird and I couldn’t focus for the life of me. Went away after about 12 hours but so strange.

What dose did you take, Swift?

Yes, now I remember. That must be really disconcerting. Was your balance effected?
Visual weirdness has been noted in some safety studies too, it's not just you.

Crossposted from COVID-19. Promising results. Fairly small samples but no obvious methodology problems. Seems like they used a higher overall dose (regular dose but three days in a row) than in some trials.
