Thanks a LOT for posting this, RC. It's an amazing resource! A sizable chunk of the information in the guide has been posted to this sub -- but the information is orders of magnitude more accessible in the guide, because it's so nicely organized.

Nicely done! Great job! Is there a way you can make this a PDF so the links work. I want to send it out to My Friends and it needs to be in a PDF to give to your doctor. Printing it from the website destroys the formatting and the links become inactive. Yes, excellent! Thanks!
