TL;DR: Looking at perhaps 14 years of adverse events in a WHO database, during which billions of doses of ivermectin were given to a billion (maybe, I can't find a hard number) of people, the researchers found 28 neurological events they deemed serious. Nearly all the 28 recovered. There were 2 deaths. Please see the /r/covid19 post for more details.
