Here is the 2020-07-29 update of Dr Aguirre's protocol.
The above is a twitter link. They go away sometimes, so here's the same image on imgur.

well we've had this discussion but anyone taking 6mg x 6 in a single dose is about to have a bad day
also see the twice a day dexamethasone? there's no point in that, it has a 36 hour half life - and dexamethasone is not a cure, it just hides over-reaction by the body to bad infection, for example if my spo2 slips to 80 off the machine normally I would immediately realize it because I would start hyperventilating and coughing but dexamethasone simply hides that, almost dangerously because it's not curing that 80 in the slightest, just allowing you to tolerate it, which you should not be
not a doctor or researcher but rather a victim so this is all just anecdotal but I bet I'm far from the only one realizing this firsthand

I did not feel normal after that much until 24 hours later the next day
colors would just streak across my vision, all light was physically painful to my eyes even at the lowest setting, if I closed my eyes white light looked a bit like little white tiles in a bathroom with the criss-cross shape
maybe in a hospital they can control it better but I wouldn't recommend it at home

Did you take it? Like, 6mg for 6 days?

that doctor is suggesting 36mg (6x6mg) for six days, that would be insane outside a hospital with monitoring
I took 4x3mg for a couple days, realized it wasn't doing a damn thing at all and I was getting worse so when TLA mentioned the 600mcg/kg protocol being tried a few places I decided to burn up all remaining 12x3mg at once (36g). It did not go well (and still nothing changed and I got slightly worse).
I have a second box prescribed now but I am sticking to 4x3g=12g
dexamethasone is so powerful I can actually stop using tylenol which that doctor's guide says not to use antipyretics anyway so that's a good thing to cut out but I don't think it's that simple, the innate immune stage should have been over 2-3 weeks ago. Tylenol just somehow calms any severe cough (which is never productive anyway). But dex is almost as good at that.
Basically beetroot and this damn machine is only things keeping me breathing anymore, 30 days tomorrow, kinda terrified if I lose power here for even an hour and hurricane season is arriving.

well it took awhile to finally find an old doctor kind enough and willing to look at the studies and research on ivermectin and prescribe it, it was 25 days into illness which is a long long time
apparently this administration's fda has decided to block and lock out ivermectin access and some corporate pharmacies won't sell it, finally found one though (no I'm not using animal ivermectin there's almost no regulation on human medication, imagine animals)
it may be too late, see in a lot of protocols they start much earlier and only have to use it a few days for results, not working for me
heck this doctor's therapy chart only goes to 19 days, I'm at 30

Woah, I assume you are in the US? I knew they were not providing it as treatment but I didn't know it was becoming difficult to acquire, that's scary. And suspicious. It seems to be a pretty safe drug some people do see improvements? Idk maybe its just my perspective but during a latent danger people should be allowed- not barred- to try that stuff if it might work.
Yeah , I noticed, and the people I have read that took it after a few weeks of illness didn't see that much improvement, only some did but it was slight and gradual. My simplistic understanding is that it just halts early virus replication but can't reverse done damage

our government is literal downright evil, coming up with more horrible schemes every day, they recently defunded all lung repair therapy research and development which has to be the number one lifelong problem people are going to have after this (like me, if I survive)

the guy in charge of developing the vax for usa is directly hand picked from corporate pharma and is gearing everything for profit
