In the message below I sent the IVERMECTINE DOSE TABLE AS SEVERITY AND ANSWER TO TREATMENT. At the bottom of the table I put Liu Y's reference. and cabbage. 2020, they identify that in the Severe cases there are 60 times more Viral Charge than in the Leves. ′′ Safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of escalating high doses of Ivermectin in healthy adult subjects ′′ is also mentioned in The Journal of Clinical Pharmacolgy in 2002, which proved that Ivermectin generally tolerated well with 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 mcg / kg dose. And according to Leon Caly's study, to reduce viral RNA by 99 % required a very high single dose, it is mentioned in a publication that the dose would be about 11 times higher than regular.

Dear (o) sent 2 tables we posted a few days ago and to which I have made some minor improvements. In a few days I send the English versions, which are almost complete.
A board is about IVERMECTIN PREVENTIVE TREATMENT FOR EXPOSED PEOPLE. In this regard, the number of cases of COVID is high among doctors and staff who are exposed to places with high viral load such as health establishments where COVID patients are treated, so it is recommended that staff Health take preventative Ivermectin, a safe medicine and has already been used by WHO / PAHO for prophylactic purposes for other infections. Preventive treatment should be extended to family members and other people living at home, especially in older adults. Preventive Treatment is also indicated in Residences of Older Adults or Asylum, Penalty and Police or Army Centers.
The second table is the TERAPEUTIC PLAN update that we have been posting since mid-April. The pillars of current treatment in Moderated, Severous and Critical cases are Ivermectin and Enoxaparine. According to study in Australia and other articles, high doses are required to improve the antiviral effect of Ivermectin against SARS-Cov-2.
It should be borne in mind that according to published studies (Liu Y and col. 2020), the viral burden in Severus cases is 60 times greater than in Mild cases, so specific treatment should be strengthened to reduce viral load.
As far as Enoxaparin is concerned, in addition to anticoagulant, its antiviral effect is added. According to the study: Heparin inhibits cellular invasion by SARS-CoV-2: structural dependence of the interaction of the surface protein (spike) S1 receiver binding domain with heparin
Enoxaparin and Heparin are both anti-coagulants.
This study finds that Heparin would stop up to 70 % from SARS-Cov-2 entry into cells. Heparin binds to virus proteins and causes conformational alteration that would lead to a kind of ′′ lockdown ′′ for the virus.

MD verified 9 of 9 cured by ivermectin + AZT + aspirin:

Ivermectins half life is only part of the story, on a cellular level the change had already occurred and the efficacy had been shown to last 1 year from 1 dose against parasites and other bots from what I've read and the studies I've seen. The level of exposure does play a roll. However, we are taking it prophylacticly every 90 days or so just to be safe. Most messages I find think it's overkill but like the doctor said you aren't going to die from taking it. Keep it handy in the event you do get symptoms. Either way I think we are just scratching the surface of what this substance can do. ... Everything in nature has or had a balance or counterpart. This soil where we cultivate and find this ivermectin may just be what saves us all from the rest of what our planet has to throw at us. Just 2 cents.

Let me add a small "aside". Dexamethason is not a wonder drug. It's a corticosteroid, which is very useful in quenching the Cytokine storm, thus, can be a life-saver (as other steroids, too). It is a symptomatic treatment. Our Ivermectin treats the cause. It is a big-big difference

Gargle and nasal washes are actually indicated in cases that are just starting with throat and nose discomfort, which are Very Mild and Mild cases (for space issues not detailed here, in the Mild).
In the early days of the disease the virus locates in the mucosa of the nose and pharynx, often the person only perceives a strange body sensation or something that uncomfortable in the throat or inside the nostrils, but who is not too strong to say they are sick, so they don't go to the doctor, and usually happen like they didn't have symptoms.
Gargles are equivalent to washing your hands, but in your throat, if you do so several times a day significantly reduces viral load.
In moderates, the baking soda thing is to drink it with water, it's not gargle, it's what we're using complementary, but the main thing in Moderates and Severos is Ivermectin and then Enoxaparin.
And after the throat and lungs, where the virus is most hosted is in the intestines and is usually manifested with semi-lit depositions and sometimes abdominal pain.

Another prophylaxis regimen:
I'm going to write in Portuguese, I hope I don't interfere with you in translation. I was infected by COVID in April. And several medical students in Brazil were already using Ivermectin at a dose of 200 mcg / kg weight for at least 3 days of treatment.
Associated with this, we do Vitamin D 50.000 u, 1 cp per day dia Vitamin C 1 g, 1 cp per day dia Zinc 50 mg 1 cp per day (for 5 months ) to keep immunity elevated. There are several factors being studied in the world: immunity, blood type, but I believe genetics are very much associated with food and lifestyle, which are closely linked to immunity.
I have over 100 patients treated.
Between prophylactics who did not develop any signs and symptoms of the disease, such as patients aged 8 to 81 treated or just with Ivermectin and vitamins, as treated with Ivermectin Ivermectina Azithromycin. Some needed steroid use. I didn't prescribe for any anti thrombotic, I didn't prescribe hydroxychloroquine and I didn't prescribe chloroquine.
I'm finishing writing an observational work, and trying to publish it in scientific journals. I hope to contribute to the non-evolution of this disease until a cure or vaccine arrives. Caution about D3:
eep in mind that high doses of D3 will result in excess calcium in the body which has to be removed by drinking lots of water & taking Vitamin K2. Magnesium helps in absorbing D3. So these 3 combination are best if you taking d3 regulary

when we gave 1 doses of 0.2 mg./ kilo weight to all the elderly in the Residences or Asylos, after 30 days no one got sick, took also nursing staff and doctors , 32 days have been given again 1 doses of 0.2 mg./ kilo weight to all. With Pediatricians who use Ivermectin for decades, they thought that the dose should be repeated every 2 to 3 months, veterinary doctors use every 3 to 4 months, but they are for parasitosis, so we have opted for indicate it every 30 days to ensure greater protection, and as the cost is low and at these doses there are virtually no side effects, we prefer to recommend every 30 days, except those who have mu low exposure, who can repeat each 2 months.

Dosing frequency rationale:
For prophylaxis of negative asymptomatic, I give a single dose of 200 mcg / kg weight. But I repeat every 15 days 1 mg tablet. I think 30 days is a very long time, since in 12 days there's still Ivermectin in the feces, and between 23 to 27 days we find viruses alive or dead in the feces.

A Bangladeshi's regiment for treating covid19 at home:

Vitamin course--
Vitamin A 50,000 for 4 days
Vitamin D3 2000 everyday for two months
Vitamin a2z everyday for two months
Vitamin E 400mg for 15 days and 200mg for the next 45 days
Vitamin C 500-1000 for two months
Zinc B once everyday for two months
Drugs for corona---
Ivermectin 12mg once and another 6mg, 12 hours after the first dose, preferably before meal. Only 12mg is enough if the patient is below 60kg.
Doxycycline 100mg
1+0+1 after meal with water. Sit straight for minimum 20min after having it. For 7 days.
Famotid 20mg 20min before meal everytime you take Doxycycline. For 7 days.
Anclog 75mg everyday once for 10days from the 3/4th day of the symptoms. This can be started if the patient is over 50 and should be careful on regular movements as this is a blood thinner. So if the patient cuts his/her body, the bleeding will be severe. Also in case after taking it, the patient sees blood while brushing teeth or any other bleeding anywhere, the drug should be stopped.
Monas/Montelucast 10mg for 14 days
Fexofenadine 120mg for 14 days
Napa Extend 665 1+1+1 on any day there is fever.
If patient is puking, then take omidon once.
Organic stuff-
Kalojeera oil/Kalojeera boiled water with seeds in it and olive oil mix. Daily twice in empty stomach.
Steam of kalojeera seeds, ada, golmorich, elach, long- inhale 2-3 times daily and drink the same
Drink tea and coffee time to time. Hot soupy meals.
Increase protein intake and reduce carbs as much as possible.
Make sure oxygen levels is not below 94, then you need to give oxygen support.
Blood pressure should be monitored twice a day.
Blood sugar should be monitored daily.
Do the breathing exercise 4-5 times. Lie down on prone position or stomach (upur hoye).
When you sleep you must not lie on your back. Either sideways or on your stomach.
Keep a nebulizer, inhaler, oxymeter, pressure and sugar monitor at home.
Ashwagandha powder two spoon mixed with water, then drink it. Helps breathing issues.
