Southern California doctor Roger Sehult discusses Ivermectin use at around 21:00. He discusses a proposed mechanism of action but it's not clear whether he's just referring to the Monash study or he's referring to his own observations. He certainly doesn't mention the types of dramatic effects that others have claimed, but he's pretty careful so it's hard to glean much.
