Yes, we have found that Ivermectin is very effective, what was reported in vitro in the Australia study carried out in early April, we have evidenced it when treating people with COVID-19.

Following the treatment indicated in the Table, the results have been very good in those who complete the indicated treatment and undergo medical follow-up.

The following results are obtained in the 39 cases treated:

- Patients with disease improvement within 2 and 3 days of starting treatment = 100%.

- Fever resolution rate at 36 hours = 94%.

- Resolution rate of dyspnea at 72 hours = 86%

There are interesting charts, esp. the first one that goes through the days since infection and shows how the virus accelerates and what the treatments are.

Wow great news, I hope my past prediction is correct and Ivermectin is used as a first line.

The article says he was being quoted here, but of course he was never on reddit, AFAIK.

A Small Observational Case Study

Recently active in Reddit, the doctor reports again on the influence of the Australian preclinical lab study and delves into a description of Peruvian off-label use of the anti-parasite drug to treat COVID-19. In mid May, Aguirre-Chan commented in the Reddit group that his group had treated 39 COVID-19 cases and that the Ivermectin regimen was quite successful for “those who complete the indicated treatment and undergo medical follow-up.” Dr. Aguirre-Chan reported that 1) patents with the disease were showing improvement within 2 and 3 days of starting treatment (100% of the 36); 2) fever resolution rate at 36 hours of taking ivermectin was at 94% and 3) resolution rate of dyspnea (difficulty breathing) at 72 hours was 86%.
